Return Policy

At Biltmore Tuxedos, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your rental or purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns on Retail Items

Purchased items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or altered items
• Clearance or sale items
• Items showing signs of wear or damage

Return Process for Rentals

For rentals, please return items to the store within the specified return window. Excess wear and tear and/or staining may result in additional charges or replacement cost.

Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
